ECUA Main Business Office

The Leroy F. Smith Jr. Public Safety Building, 60 Nelson Place, 6th Floor, Newark, NJ 07102. This address does not exist for any GPS system. You can use the Essex Vo-tech School, 91 West Market St., or corner of Howard and 13th Ave.

New Directions to ECUA Main Business Office

* 280 E to First St

* Right onto First St

* Left onto West Market (West Market winds around to the County Government Complex)

* Right onto MLK Blvd. (follow signs for Jury parking)

* Next Right onto Springfield/South Orange Ave (follow signs for Jury parking)

* Follow South Orange Ave to (next corner) Howard St, pull into lot.

From the parking lot, our building is to the left. Walk into the middle building, up to main level and walk to the left through that building towards the Leroy Smith building. You’ll have to go through security twice. Unless you walk from the lot, around our building, through the new park onto the West Market St side of our building (that’s the main entrance).

From Cedar Grove: Going South on Pompton Ave/RT-23 toward Vreeland Lane. Make right onto W Bradford Ave. 99 W BRADFORD AVE is on the left.

From Orange NJ: From I-280 W. Take the CR-577 N/Prospect Ave exit, EXIT 8B, toward Cedar Grove. Turn slight right onto Prospect Ave. Prospect Ave becomes Mt Prospect Ave. Mt Prospect Ave becomes RTwse-23/Pompton Ave. Turn left onto W Bradford Ave. 99 W BRADFORD AVE is on the left.

From Caldwell: Going South West on Bloomfield Ave. Turn left onto Fairview Ave. Turn right onto Durrell St. Turn left onto Grove Ave. Turn right onto W Bradford Ave. 99 W BRADFORD AVE is on the right.

From Montclair: Going North West Bloomfield Ave. Turn right onto Pompton Ave/RT-23. Turn left onto W Bradford Ave. 99 W BRADFORD AVE is on the left.
